Timely completion of projects requires active collaboration. Clients must provide the necessary content, brand assets, and feedback within agreed-upon timelines. Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays or extensions of the timeline.
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project. Upon full and final payment, the client assumes complete ownership of the custom-developed website, design assets, and applicable code created specifically for their business.
Until full payment is received, Ankush Mishra Web Services retains ownership of all unreleased work. We also reserve the right to display the completed work in our digital portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.
Ankush Mishra Web Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational consistency of any digital assets, as web environments depend on external factors like third-party hosting, browser updates, and internet security threats.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
